All payments for subscriptions or feature unlocks are final unless applicable law requires a refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All branding, code, models, UI, templates, and assets belong to CX Orbit.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

Data loss
Downtime
AI inaccuracies
Job outcomes
